Technical issues

Have you recently sent us an email or lodged an online form?

We experienced technical issues affecting our ability to receive some emails and online forms in late December 2025/early January 2026. The issue has now been resolved.

If you have not received a confirmation email from us within 5 business days of submitting your form or email, we may not have received your request.

Please try the following:

  1. resubmit the form, or resend the email
  2. speak with our staff on 1300 782 489 to confirm if your form or email was received by us.

Your patience is appreciated, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We're actively working to resolve these issues.
