If you are a member of the public and you wish to make a complaint about the conduct of a public officer or conduct within public administration then you can make your complaint to the OPI. Your complaint can be about the conduct of any state or local government agency and their employees or contractors.

You can also make a complaint about suspected corruption, misconduct and maladministration in South Australia’s public administration.

It is not important to know whether the conduct constitutes potential corruption, misconduct or maladministration. You just need to know the conduct is not right and make your complaint to the OPI so that the OPI can assess the conduct.
